After making 19 moves over the past 44 years, I can attest that Buehler Mayflower ranks as one of the best movers in the business. My experience started with the highly professional and personable service form Mike Edwards, the sales executive. After a misunderstanding in how I wanted to store and ship my goods, Gary Michel took swift action to make the necessary changes to accomodate my desires.  He also hand-selected his top team to complete the packing and loading of my household goods. We had a lot of antique furniture and other high-value items that required special packing. Earl (Hemons?) and his crew did an exceptional job of going beyond my expectations to ensure that my valuable goods received the very best protection that the industry could provide. To attest to the quality of work they did, the Mayflower agent at delivery said that this was the best packed shipment that he had seen in his career.  As move coordinator, Lori Purvis did an outstanding job of responding to my unique request as well as helping to solve billing-related and other issues. She was always very curteous and timely in making sure that I was satisfied. Above all, the entire team at Buehler Transfer and Storage in Fort Worth made me feel like a valued customer.
Likewise, the crew from A&E Relocation Services (Mayflower Agent) in Washington did an outstanding job of unloading my goods. They were very proficient and haddle my goods with tender loving care. They also went out of their way to protect my newly remodeled home.
I want to thank the entire team for a job exteremely well done!

Buehler Companies hired me to repair furniture they damaged during a move; after several months of no response they still refuse to pay the invoice or honor their customer's claim.  The only way I received a response was by threatening a civil suit, to which they finally responded:

I wouldn't say it's  not going to get paid. 
 
This summer our company purchased a Graebel Agency when it went out of business along with their office and large warehouse.  We sold the old building and remodeled and relocated into this building earlier this year.  Buehler Companies is doing well, but cash poor at this time.  I'm not in the accounting department and have no idea what their plan is, but payment will be presented to you.  For me, all I can do is apologize for getting you caught up in our self created problem.

I ordered a queen size mattress set from QVC, and it was delivered today.  I was unable to ever actually answer the phone when Buehler's delivery service phoned me, but they left very detailed, professional messages.  I also filled out the website from the information left on my voicemail.  The office procedures were superb. I was also very comfortable and happy with Stephanie and Alex.  They were the friendly, comfortable type of folks I like to deal with.  They were professional and even fun.  I would highly recommend these services to my friends and family. Thank you!

When I moved to Colorado from California last year, I used Mayflower. And I am so glad I used Beuhler Mayflower to handle my move across town this year. From start to finish they did an excellent job. The estimate was spot on correct. And the guys who did the moving handled every box like it had fine china in it! They were so careful with everything. I highly recommend Beuhler Companies. They are professional, courteous and thoughtful in laying out mats, runners, etc. so as not to mess up the floors.

The delivery went very well. There were many things that were broken but that was from the packing crew (different company). Buehler moving company was excellent! They helped me get the information I needed in order to file a claim with the packing company and they were very efficient. They unpacked what I asked them to and they helped me rearrange the furniture in the living room before they left. This was the first move i've done with a moving company and if I have to move again I will request the service of Buehler with Nate (I can't remember his last name) leading the way.

I would like to say thank you very much for delivering my furniture today.  My delivery was scheduled in a 4-hour window and I received a courtesy call to inform me they were on the way.  I received friendly and courteous service from Stephanie and Alex.    I've had several things delivered by others recently, and the customer service just wasn't there.  Stephanie and Alex were very friendly.  They delivered my product as I expected and explained my product and delivery status.  On a scale of 1-10 and 10 as excellent, I rate their service as 10 - excellent.  My delivery status was bronze, but the customer service was gold.  Thanks again for sending out people who care about their customer's product for delivery and representing their company.  .

I had an excellent moving experience working with James Stevens of Buehler Moving and Storage relocating from Boulder, Colorado to Kaneohe, Hawaii. James quote for the move was the most competitive of multiple quotes I received.  I needed a quick move in less then three weeks when I contacted the company and they immediately said yes they could accommodate me and James was out the next day to start the process for the quote.  James was very responsive and a good communicator throughout the process.  He was very accommodating working with my new employer to comply with their payment processes. On moving day the team in Boulder were very professional pleasant to interact with and very respectful.  They arrived on time and were very efficient.  Their packing skills were exceptional as every single piece of furniture, glassware, and household goods arrived in pristine condition- I was so thrilled!  Buehler held my things in storage while I waited to finish buying a home.  When my purchase was completed the time from leaving Boulder and arriving in Hawaii was three weeks.  The team on the Island from Royal Hawaiian Movers were also a great team timely and fast on their delivery with no damage and respectful of the house and property. Again I want to emphasize the exceptional packing and handling of all of my property.  For such a long haul and multiple points of loading and unloading and time crossing the ocean to have everything arrive without any issues was just fantastic. My experience was excellent. Mahalo nui loa.

The City undertook a 3.5 million dollar remodel in which the phase moves of the City staff and equipment was primary to the overall success of the project.
